The White Hart Bar

The White Hart

Dating back to the 18th century, The White Hart is Grimsby’s oldest pub, and by the mid-1800s was one of more than 30 hostelries within the town centre.

In 1978 Ray Neal purchased the pub when it was in a state of despair. After extensive refurbishment, the pub once again became a mainstay of the town’s drinking establishments.

In late 2022 the pub was once again refurbished to create a light and bright space, ideal for use as a restaurant and bar, serving homecooked food every day.

Fantastic Food

We serve a great selection of heart-warming homecooked food including some traditional favourites alongside our Pie Chart - the best selection of mouth-watering pies in Grimsby, and a selection of lighter bites at lunchtime.

On Sunday's we serve our pies as a full Sunday dinner along with traditional Sunday roasts.

We recommend reserving a table to ensure you don’t miss out, especially on busier days.
